From Drab to Fab: How B.M.W Builders Remodeled an Outdoor Deck for a Client
Like most of the homes on Cape Cod, our client’s outdoor deck is an extension of their living space. But, it was rapidly deteriorating, making it hard for our clients to enjoy spending time in this space.
The homeowners worked with our design team and opted to add a three-season room below the deck, which provides a comfortable and protected environment to entertain guests and enjoy time with family and friends. The upper deck remained the same, design wise, but was updated with weather resistant, low maintenance deck materials. We also updated all the sliders, windows, and exterior doors.
